ผัดบวบ Stir fried squash with egg











Ingredients
1. Thai squash
2. Garlic smashed
3. Minced pork
4. Soy sauce
5. Vegetable oil
6. Oyster sauce
7. Egg
8. Spring onion
9. Shreded of coriander

Directions
1. Peel the squash and cut into slices two inches long and half inch thick.
2. Heat the oil in a wok, then add garlic smashed wait until yellow
3. Add minced pork stir fry the gourd for a minute or two, then add the soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
4. When the squash is almost done cooking, break the eggs into the wok and finish stir-frying when the egg is cooked then add spring onion and shreded of coriander.
