ผัดวุ้นเส้น STIR FRIED GLASS NOODLE

My dinner... Empty fridge is the shopping sign. I'm too lazy to go out to get food. I've been printing paper for my final examination and starting to read all those papers. So. It's another easy dinner for me again.

My lunch...Omelet

This is my Omelet for lunch. I added Cha om mixed with the eggs. :)

น้ำพริกอ่อง Northem style chilli dip

Tum kha gai

Ingredients

1. Sliced chicken breast
2. Fish sauce
3. Tomatoes
4. Galanga
5. Bird Chilli
6. Lemon Juice
7. Water
8. Lemongrass

Directions

1. Clean the chicken breast and chop it into strips.
2. Chop the galanga and lemon grass.
3. Pound the bird chilles in a mortar.
4. Put the water in pan and bring to the boil.
5. When water is boiling, add the galanga, lemon grass and salt.
6. Bring the water back to the boil and add the chicken, fish sauce, lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
7. Add chilles, tomatoes and in simmer for a further 1 minute to let the flavours spread through the soup.

Chicken Pa nang แพนงไก่

Ingredients

1. Sliced chicken breast
2. Coconut milk
3. Fish sauce
4. Panang curry paste
5. Basil

Directions

1. Heat coconut milk until it bubbles.

2. Add and stir in the Red curry paste.

3. When blended, add the chicken and stir until it is cooked.

4. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and remove from heat and serve over rice.
